Play the basic I–vi–ii–V and I–V movements in C major at 80 BPM, first with one chord per bar and then with two chords per bar.

Get comfortable with the four chords C, Am, Dm and G7 before you start. Keep your hand relaxed and listen for a steady pulse at 80 BPM. The first part gives you a full bar for each chord, so there’s no need to rush.
